This website

This is a product preview. Browsing and purchasing do not require a customer account. The website does not connect to your Mac or collect email marketing signups. Values shown in the interactive preview are illustrative. The music control changes the demonstration state; it does not play audio or access your music library.

The website stores your chosen appearance in browser local storage and may store your language choice in a preference cookie. It does not enable advertising, analytics or customer-service scripts in the default website configuration.

License purchases

When the store is enabled, we use the email you submit to deliver your License and recover your orders. The store keeps the order number, email, price, currency, payment references, delivery status, agreed sales terms and License association. License values and private receipt credentials are encrypted at rest; other order details, including email, are not encrypted by this application layer.

Stripe processes hosted payments; this website does not store card details. Resend processes delivery and recovery emails. Cloudflare D1 stores the order and License records when deployed with the store configuration. Providers process data under their own terms. Demo mode is clearly marked and uses separate sample stock without real payments or email delivery.

A private receipt link provides access to the purchased License without login. Its secret is passed in the URL fragment and stored in this browser tab’s session storage; do not share it. Administration uses a signed session cookie with an eight-hour lifetime. Operational audit records track inventory changes and access to complete keys; database rate-limit records use hashed identities and short expiry windows.

Contact the published support address about order data. Orders and sold-key associations are retained for fulfillment, support and reconciliation; stock deletion retains a protected record rather than erasing sales history. The final publisher must specify applicable retention periods and legal requirements before commercial launch.

Hosting

When deployed, the hosting provider necessarily processes network requests, including IP addresses and technical request information. Operational logging depends on the hosting configuration. This website is hosted by Cloudflare; its handling of infrastructure data is described in its own privacy documentation. This website does not promise that visiting creates no technical records.

The Mac app

Notes, clipboard entries and preferences are stored on your Mac. Revenue credentials use the macOS Keychain. Features such as weather, stock quotes and revenue connect to their respective providers. Local Claude and Codex files are read for usage features; optional bridges are installed only through the app’s setup actions. System permissions are managed in macOS and in the app.

Before public release

The publisher’s legal identity, support contact, distribution details and applicable retention information will be supplied before commercial release. This notice describes the current preview; it is not a substitute for the final app privacy policy. The enabled License store is described above; future changes to data handling require this notice to be updated.
